1. For people making purchases from 3081.co.uk.
The purchase/delivery policy when buying from www.3081.co.uk is as follows:
a) All payments are to be made in (£) sterling
b) Delivery within 48 hours.
c) Ticket bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the date of event.
d) There are no refunds on any 3081 events except in the circumstance of cancellation of said event by 3081 Promotions.
e) Once booked all tickets purchases are final and cannot be cancelled.
f) 3081 Promotions are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal possessions occurring whilst at any event hosted by 3081 Promotions.
g) 3081 Promotions reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whilst at the time of booking a ticket or at the time of arrival/entry at any 3081 Promotions events.
h) Tickets will not be sent until full payment for purchases made by the customer has been received.
i) All merchandise purchased from 3081 Promotions via www.3081.co.uk or www.CityDrinking.com may be returned if damaged on time of arrival.
j) A full refund or exchange will only be made in the event that any merchandise purchased from 3081 Promotions is faulty or damaged at the time of arrival.
K) Items bought from 3081 Promotions will only be delivered once full payment for items has been received.
L) Confirmation of purchases for tickets/merchandise from 3081 Promotions will be sent to customer via Email or telephone once payment has been received.
M) Delivery of all 3081 Promotions merchandise including tickets for 3081 Promotions events are restricted to the United Kingdom.
N) 3081 Products available for sale consist of; tickets for 3081 events, t-shirts, posters, calendars, mugs, DVD’s of 3081 events.

2. For venues placing adverts on www.CityDrinking.com
a) All adverts will become active on the site once first payment has been paid. Followed by an invoice being sent stating the payment made to the registered billing address.
b) Any missed or late payments will result in a reminder notice being sent to billing address, warning that payment must be received within 7 working days in order to avoid suspension of venues advert.
c) If any failed payments are not received within 1 month of invoice date then advert will be permanently removed from www.CityDrinking.com.
d) All Payments must be paid in (£) sterling.
e) The period of the contract for an advert on www.CityDrinking.com is 12 months. Once the contract is in its final 4 weeks, customers of www.CityDrinking.com can arrange a 12 month extension.
f) Only those venues who wish to pay the full year’s fee for their advert, they will benefit from a 20% discount on the price of their advert.
g) A venues advert is maintained and the contents designed and placed on www.CityDrinking.com by any member of the venues staff chosen by the owner/proprietor at their own discretion (themselves included).
h) 3081 Promotions reserve the right to maintain principal control over every advert on CityDrinking.com and remove or edit any material which is deemed unsuitable for display on www.CityDrinking.com. Specific detail to what is considered unsuitable can be found in the information package sent to all CityDrinking.com customers or by contacting our customer service team at info@CityDrinking.com .
i) The cost of placing an advert on www.CityDrinking.com is 10 per month (total contract fee = £ 120)
j) Costing above excludes those paying their years fee in full who benefit from a 20% discount (total contract fee = £ 100)
k) Total period of contract for advert is 12 months.
l) Fee schedule above is for individual bars. If bars are a member of a chain adverts must still be registered individually and paid for as individual venues.
m) Cancellation of an advert must be made in writing and received by 3081 promotions customer services 2 months prior to advert being withdrawn and payments ceasing. All venues who wish to remove their advert are still liable to pay for advert during 2 month notification period.
n) Adverts are renewable 1 month prior to the expiration of current advertising contract.
o) CityDrinking.com, 3081 Promotions and any companies connected to CityDrinking.com or 3081 Promotions e.g. sponsors, are not liable for anything relating to the running and maintenance of venues listed on CityDrinking.com or any legal or social commitments/problems venues may incur during the course of any contract with CityDrinking.com or 3081 Promotions.
p) www.CityDrinking.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
q) 3081 are not responsible for any maintenance, damage or other legal obligations related to the running of named venue (see item 2) except that of placement, maintenance and promotion of advert placed on www.citydrinking.com.
r) All venues who sign up on CityDrinking.com agree to be part of Party Breaks and are liable to allow their venue for use in the promotion of www.CityDrinking.com and for use in relation to Part Breaks scheme.
s) Advertising payments must be made in full, by the 1st of each month for period of 12 months or in total at the beginning of the contract as stated in part 4 of the contract with a reduced cost of only £ 100

3. For party breaks customers.
a) All bookings for Party Breaks must be made at least 7 days in advance of travel.
b) A confirmation email will be sent. Once received a call will be made to the contact number provided at the time of booking where payment for booked party break must be made in full via an EPDQ.
c) A Party Breaks package including, receipt of payment, tickets, Party Break Programme including the details of your trip and thank you letter including customer reference number, will be sent immediately once payment has been confirmed. It will not be sent after booking application has been made by customer, as confirmation cannot be guaranteed until payment is made.
d) All Payments must be in (£) sterling
e) Prices are subject to Party Break chosen and in the case of customised Party Breaks the price will differ depending on features of booking.
f) CityDrinking.com and any company related to CityDrinking.com are not liable for any legal and/or financial problems suffered throughout the duration of booked Party Break.
g) Any cancellation of booking must be made at least 7 days before commencement of booked Party Break. If customer fails to cancel booking before 7 day deadline, payment cannot be refunded.
h) If we at CityDrinking.com have to cancel a booking for any reason, once payment has been received, 7 days or less before commencement of Party Break, alternatives will be offered. However if we fail to meet your requirements a full refund will be made.
i) We at www.CityDrinking.com reserve the right to permanently ban anyone from booking a Party Break if we feel their code of conduct was inappropriate on a previous Party Break.
j) All benefits relating to booked Party Break including Party Break passes (see Party Breaks page or Confirmation package) become invalid immediately once time period of Party Break has expired and all features of Party Break have been completed.
k) www.CityDrinking.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
l) All complaints must be made to Party Breaks customer services team (contact details supplied in confirmation package or by looking in party breaks section on www.CityDrinking.com).
m) All Party Breaks are covered by 3081 Promotions Personal Liability Insurance.
